The Plant System

Tiger can be incorporated into various plant systems in order to optimise matrix recovery processes

The organic fraction of waste is usually the predominant part of waste coming from municipal collection or from waste generated in production processes Tiger Depack is able to process the plastic waste from these processes, recovering all the organic fraction and reducing the waste to landfill.

Waste Reduction and Recovery

Tiger Depack Plants

Tiger Depack is a technology that can be effectively integrated into many types of organic matrix treatment plants.

Anaerobic Digestion

Plants for the preparation of the rate to be sent to the digester.

Composting

Plants for the preparation of wet to send to mixing with the green

Receiving Stations and Transfer

Receiving stations and transfer of organic waste to carry out a preliminary treatment of the matrix.

Waste Treatment for Fractions

All installations waste treatment for cleaning reusable fractions.

Food Industry

Food industry for the recovery of production waste.

Bottling Industries

Bottling industries for the reduction of process wastes to be sent to landfill.

ANAEROBIC DIGESTION PLANTS WITH DRY PROCESS

Challenge successfully met by Tiger Depack

The two plants taken as examples produce bio-methane and electricity from anaerobic digestion.

Both upgraded the pre-treatment section of the plant by adding Tiger HS20 OSC for the cleaning of waste surplus, thus achieving 90 per cent recovery of the organic fraction still present in plastic waste.

Anaerobic Digestion and Composting Plant Trento (TN) - Italy

The two plants shown by way of example allow you to notice a further typology of insertion of Tiger’s de-packagers. These Bio-Methane and Electricity production sites produced by Anaerobic Digestion have inserted Tiger HS20 after start-up. The objective achieved by HS20 in these two cases allows to recover over 90% of the organic fraction still present in the plastic waste from Pre-Treatment.

Anaerobic Digestion and Composting Plant Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO) - Italy

The San’t Agata Bolognese plant is one of Italy’s largest plants for the production of biomethane from waste and has integrated tiger depacks into its production cycle for the cleaning of surplus materials from the very beginning. Subsequently, a second tiger depack HS20 was added in order to be able to process all materials in the best possible way and guarantee 24/7 operation.
